How do I submit a daily monitoring report?
Navigate to the "Start Now" button on the top right or go to the All Schools page and select
your cluster
and school. Fill in the specific metrics for that day and hit "Submit Daily Monitoring Report"
at the bottom
of the form.
Can I edit a report after it has been submitted?
Currently, once a daily report is submitted, you can only edit it on the same day before 11:59
PM. Please
review your entries carefully before submitting. If you need to make corrections later, contact
the cluster
coordinator.
What if my school isn't listed in the cluster?
If your school is missing from both the Halol and Maval cluster lists, please contact our
support team to
get your school added to the database. Provide your School Name, UDISE code, and Cluster Name in
your
request.
How is the student level calculated?
Student levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) are automatically calculated based on the baseline
assessments
and periodic evaluations entered by educators. The system benchmarks these scores against state
FLN
standards.
